FAQ – Delivery, Returns, and Policies
When will my order be dispatched, and how long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of purchase. Most deliveries arrive within 3-5 working days; however, please note that in some cases, it may take up to 10 working days due to unforeseen delays.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. Products such as prints, mugs, totes, and greeting cards are shipped directly from a third-party supplier who prints our designs, and their dispatch times may vary.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. To assist in resolving the issue, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. This helps us determine the best course of action, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
If the damage occurred during transit, the photos will be necessary for filing a claim with the delivery service. In some cases, you may be asked to return the product to receive a refund.
Please note that all returns are handled within 14 days of receipt of the item, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. (sEE Below)

Can I share coupon codes with others?
Coupon codes are for the recipient’s use only and should not be shared. If a code is used by someone else, we may request the discount amount to be covered. Unauthorized use of coupon codes may lead to the cancellation and refund of the order.
Can I apply a coupon code after I’ve placed an order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively. To avoid missing out on a discount, please ensure you apply the coupon code at checkout before completing your order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At this time, we only offer international shipping via our Etsy shop, not through our website. You can explore our range of items available for international delivery on Etsy at www.etsy.com/shop/willownwolfe. We do hope to offer direct international shipping from our website in the future.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 working days after payment is received. Processing time may be extended during busy periods, in which case we will notify you.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window: You can return any damaged or faulty item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within the return window, providing photographic evidence of the issue. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please note, return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
